Today Minister of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan Ayrat Sibagatullin has received the delegation of the Isfahan University of Arts of the Islamic Republic of Iran

The meeting has   also   been  attended by  acting head of the Consulate General of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Kazan, Mr. Alibemian Egbali Zarch and Rector of the Kazan State Institute of Culture Rivkat Yusupov.

The delegation of the Isfahan University of Arts arrived in Kazan to sign a cooperation agreement with the Kazan State Institute of Culture, as well as to participate in the exhibition "Art Gallery. Kazan 2017".

At the meeting, the sides discussed issues of cooperation in the sphere of culture. Airat Sibagatullin noted that the culture of Iran is widely represented in Tatarstan. "Your artists, ensembles, artists, photographers are permanent participants of our festivals. Films shot by Iranian filmmakers enjoy great success at the Kazan International Muslim Film Festival. All this makes it possible to better understand the culture of Iran and strengthen our ties, "the minister stressed.

Acting head of the Consulate General of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Kazan, Mr. Alibemian Egbali Zarch noted that despite the large number of events in the sphere of culture and art there are areas that are not involved, there is potential for growth.

Rector of the Isfahan University of Arts Mostafa Kiani Hashemi Esfahani said that today it is planned to sign a memorandum of cooperation between the two universities. "In addition to good developments in the field of art and applied arts, we would like to cooperate in other areas. In addition, to establish relations with other universities, "- noted the guest.

The Minister of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan thanked the guests for the visit and expressed readiness to consider proposals for cooperation.
