Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan works in accordance with the clause about Ministry of Culture confirmed by RT Cabinet Decree №409 dated 18.08.2005 “Matters of Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan”.

• Support of museums, culture, art and national artistic trades institutions, republic and local national-cultural autonomies, learning of national languages and other ethnocultural subjects in educational institutions
• Management of preservation, usage and popularization of cultural heritage sites of republic and federal value
• Management of extended education for children in institutions under Tatarstan authority
• Management of professional education
• Management of extended professional education
• Certification of educational institutions, republic and municipal teaching staff
