About Kazan sightseeing to tour guides

April 25, 2016,  in the Information and Bibliographic Department of the National Library of the Republic of Tatarstan  the  Information Day for the tour guides  was held.

For a group of listeners of educational center of additional vocational education "Komfest-"  a review and presentation of information resources of the  website of the Republic of Tatarstan of the National Library and the portal "National Electronic Library Republic of Tatarstan", an overview of Internet resources about the monuments of Kazan and Tatarstan was held, a consulting  was given  on finding in the electronic library catalog .

In connection with the 130-year anniversary, a special attention was paid to bio-bibliographic directory "Gabdulla Tukai".

The great demand at the  exhibition was for  teaching and reference materials for excursions. In conclusion of  the event a tour through the building of the library – Ushkov’s house, which is an architectural monument of federal significance   took place.
