Today in Yelabuga XI Republican contest of young performers "Small towns" has started

The founders of the creative review are Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan, State Educational Institution of Higher Education "Republican Methodological Center for Educational Institutions of Culture and Art", Council of Elabuga Municipal District, Executive Committee of Yelabuga Municipal District, Municipal Administration of Culture of Elabuga Municipal District, Children musical school after E.Bakirov of city Elabuga. This year, more than 300 young talents participate in it.
The competition is held in 1 round in the following categories:
Pianoforte
Stringed bow instruments
Folk instruments (string-plucked instruments, button accordion, accordion)
Ensemble of folk instruments
Vocals (academic, variety, folk)
The jury assesses degree of complexity of the program, expressiveness of the performance, degree of technical freedom, artistry, correspondence of the repertoire to the stated topic, performing skills and theatrical culture.
The jury of the contest included leading teachers of the Republic of Tatarstan:
Khasanova F.I. - Professor of the Department of Special Piano Kazan State Conservatory after N.G. Zhiganov;
Fayzullin AA - Head of the Chair of Folk Instruments of KSC after N.G. Zhiganov, Professor, Honored Artist of the Republic of Tatarstan, laureate of the All-Union and International Competitions;
Kharisov V.V. - Associate Professor of the Chair of Folk Instruments, Associate Professor of the Department of Theory and Composition of the Kazan State Conservatory after N.G. Zhiganov, Honored Art Worker of the Republic of Tatarstan, Laureate of All-Russian and International Competitions;
Absalyamova F.F. - teacher of the department of folk instruments Kazan Music School after I.V. Aukhadeev, laureate of the All-Russian and international competitions;
Ismagilova L.N. - Teacher KMS after I.V. Aukhadeev, People's Artist of the Republic of Tatarstan;
Fattahova L.K. - teacher of pop and jazz department of KMS after I.V. Aukhadeev.
Within the framework of the competition, master classes for participants of the festival and their curators are planned.
Winners will receive cups, as well as gifts from the Ministry
