On the eve of the International Day of Disabled Persons annual international "Paramusic Festival" to be held

The annual International "Paramusic  Festival" will be held on the eve of the International Day of Disabled  Persons.

The project 2016, which will take place from November  8 to 14,  will be attended by representatives of the Russian Federation and CIS countries. Leading creative forces, who are to   accompany  the  artists with disabilities  on health  will be   famous orchestras, choirs, ensembles, dancers and many others.
