The Gallery of Modern Art GMII RT will hold a master class by leader of Arts Council SFRT Farid Gubaev on analysis of works submitted to the "first exhibition of the Union of photographers"

January 14, 2015, at 17.30 in the Gallery of Modern Art of Museum GMII RT a master class (second part) by Honored Artist of the Republic of Tatarstan, Head of the Arts Council SFRT Farid Gubaev will be held on analysis of works submitted to the "first exhibition of the Union of photographers."

Gubaev Farid Saitovich - Honored Artist of Republic Tatarstan, member of the Union of Photographers of Russia, and the Moscow Union of Graphic Artists. Year of birth - 1951. Lives and works in Kazan.

A graduate of the journalism department of Kazan State University. Total work experience in the media - almost 40 years. And all of them are related to photography. Photojournalist of national newspapers and magazines. In the 90s he was invited to work in the central newspaper "Russia". There, in Moscow, he worked as photo editor in the magazine "Obozrevatel". Several years as head of the department of photo exhibitions in the "Photo Center" Union of Journalists of Russia (Moscow). In 1968 he was admitted to the City Photo Club "Volga", and in the early '70s Farid Gubaev became one of the founders of the Kazan fotogruppy "TASMA", headed for many years.
