RT Minister of Culture Ayrat Sibagatullin and Consul General of the People's Republic of China in Kazan Wu Intsin discussed cultural exchange Issues

It was about cooperation in the sphere of culture. The RT  Minister of Culture noted that Tatarstan artists and collectives actively participate in festivals, competitions held in China. Our museums regularly organize large joint projects with the museums of the People's Republic of China. In addition, representatives of the Middle Kingdom are frequent guests at the Kazan International Muslim Film Festival.

"We are interested in strengthening further cooperation in the field of culture," said Consul General of the People's Republic of China in Kazan, Wu Intsin, and initiated the organization of a tour of the Chinese State Theater of the Beijing Opera in Kazan next year. And this is not the only proposal that was made at this meeting. In particular, the Minister of Culture invited the guests to hold Days of Tatar culture in China.

The parties agreed in the near future to prepare a plan for cooperation in the field of culture next year to discuss it in more detail.
