At  the State Concert Hall   after  S. Saidashev  a concert presentation of recordings of works by Dmitry Shostakovich was  performed by the State Symphony Orchestra of the Republic of Tatarstan under the guidance of People's Artist of Russia, art director and chief conductor Alexander Sladkovsky took place.

The concert was attended by the rising stars of the Russian performing school: Pavel Milyukov (violin), Alexander Ramm (cello) and Dmitry Masliev (piano). Pavel Milyukov, playing the violin of Guarneri Ex-Szigeti, won a bronze medal, the young cellist Alexander Ramm became the winner of the P.I. Tchaikovsky. Pianist Dmitry Maslenev is the winner of the First Prize and Gold Medal of the prestigious competition.

For Kazan classical music lovers, the musicians performed the immortal works by  the great composer, whose 110th anniversary the musical world marked  in 2016: "Concerto for Violin and Orchestra No. 2 in C sharp minor", "Concerto for Cello and Orchestra No. 1 in E Flat Major" "Concerto for piano and orchestra No. 2 in F major" and "Symphony No. 6 in B minor".
