In IDPO the courses on improvement of professional skill of teachers of children's music and children's art schools of the republic have finished

November 24, 2017 at  the Institute of additional professional education of specialists in socio-cultural sphere and art (IDPO)  a round table on the musical education of children with visual impairment in conditions of additional musical education took place. The round table was the final stage of training of teachers from children's music and children's art schools of the Republic of Tatarstan under the program "Modern technologies of teaching children with visual impairments in conditions of music school".

The participants of the round table were the course attendees,  head of the department of professional art and art education of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan D.F.  Khairutdinova, senior staff   of IDPO, the invited teachers of the FCSU "Kursk Music  College- Boarding  for the Blind" M.G..Yarullin, Zh.G. . Sbitneva, R.M. Dzhunusov.

The issue  of the readiness of the educational space of musical schools for the organization of the educational process for children with special educational needs, the correspondence of the level of methodical and technological preparedness of teachers to the requirements of inclusion was and remains the main one for today.

In the training program of the courses were held:

introductory session of the Chairman of the Tatar regional organization VOS  (World Organization of Blind) Fedorin Vladimir Alekseevich, classes on the basics of ophthalmology (teacher Khabibullina N.M. children's ophthalmologist of DRKB), typhlopsychology (PhD, Kedrova I.A.), the methodology of the teacher's work (the IMO Methodist of the UO IKMO Karpunina L.N.), the basics of the formation of a healthy holiday (professor, director of RMBIC GU Dresher Yu.N.).

Within the framework of the courses  were held and  open classes, master classes by Kozyreva L.S., Bachurova O.M,, Ganiyeva E.M. on the grounds of the State Library of the Republic of Tatarstan "Republican Special Library for the Blind and Visually Impaired," GBOU "Kazan School No. 172 for children with OVZ ".

During the round table the following issues were voiced:

1.Creation in the social networks of a group of teachers of music schools and art schools working with children with OVZ(Limited abilities of health) ;

2.Organization of a trip of the initiative group of teachers of the Republic of Tatarstan to St. Petersburg for a conference on inclusive education in April 2018.

3.Organization of trainings for teachers based on the FCSU "Kursk Music College-Boarding for the Blind";

4.Organization of additional education courses for students of music institutions of vocational education on the methodology and technologies for working with children with OVZ(Limited Abilities of Health)   in general, and on certain types of violations, in particular;

5.Provision of musical schools with sheet music in flat print format and in Braille for synchronous work of the teacher and student;

6.Increasing  number of hours allocated for working with children with OVZ(limited abilities of health)  in the total amount of work of the teacher;

7. Organization of a separate section on inclusive education within the framework of the annual IV International Scientific and Practical Conference "Supplementary Professional Education as a Strategic Resource for the Development of Regional Culture" in May 2018.
