New multifunctional center in Chelny: sport and culture in one place

Yesterday in Naberezhnye Chelny a new multifunctional leisure center (MFC) was opened. It is located opposite the 42nd microdistrict next to the Palace of celebrations. Its erection took place within the framework of the republican program "Rural clubs", operating in Tatarstan since 2012.

Over the years, this is the sixth object built in the city. The new MFC will combine sporting and cultural and leisure activities. Unlike other typical buildings in Naberezhnye Chelny, a unique center is built, resembling a chalet. The center is designed for 300 seats.

The opening ceremony was attended by Deputy Minister of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan Guzel Sharipova, Mayor of the city Nail Magdeev, deputies of the City Council, heads of the structural divisions of the Executive Committee.

The meeting was congratulated by the Deputy Minister of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan Guzel Sharipova: "More than 300 such institutions were built in the republic  for the years of the program. I would say - almost such ones because in the city of Naberezhnye Chelny live and always lived modern, creative, intelligent, advanced people. They decided to change the project and create such a multifunctional sports and leisure center. Many thanks to the leadership of the city and all residents of the city of Naberezhnye Chelny for such a not indifferent attitude to their own lives, "she said. At the end of the speech, Guzel Sharipova presented the MFC with a certificate for 100,000 rubles for the purchase of sound equipment.
